"Clean rooms, great staff, no bugs!"

Huge room, very clean! Bathtub shower fridge microwave all very clean, and staff was great. The property was in the middle of upgrading and we got an older room that was still very clean with NO BUGS! THANK GOODNESS, I finally got rest over the past 5 days here..

Rooms dirty, light bulbs missing, switch by bed to use lamp missing. Don’t know how this is stitopersting under the Wyndham franchise. Worse I have stayed in. Took multiple amounts from my account. Did not refund one night because we payed for two nights but left after one night. I hope someone reads this and take action. Have already complained to Expedia and waiting for my refund. Customer service said they will contact hotel and get back to me.

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The outside of the property looks nice. The inside of the property is in disrepair. We walked into the room and there was a hot plate and pan of oil sitting on the table, we had to call and get it removed. There were roaches in the bathroom. The door handle on the inside of the door fell off and my husband had to fix it. Coming back to the room from dinner the door was stuck and we had to jump against it to get it to open (we got the green light from the key). Other guests were very loud and rowdy and they played loud music until 3am. Neighborhood is less than desirable.

The guy that works most nights, incredible customer service. Sorted out my check in issue, with no issues.

They have changed some things, the deposit was unexpected, you will get it back. The shower was a little dirty, and there were items left under the bed from previous occupancy.

"Absolutely traumatizing"

The property’s location was in the ghetto. Drug addicts hanging outside, building was run down, the owner was nasty to employees in front of guests.

The property was in a bad neighborhood. It was rundown, drug addicts hanging around hotel lobby, owner was disrespectful towards employees. Shouldn’t be listed on Booking .com.
