"For what we needed it worked. I slept very well other than loud trucks."

The price was great!!! The bed was VERY comfortable and I liked the fluffy white comforter and pillows! Mostly what I needed after having 6 teeth pulled. We stayed in Cleveland because drive home to NC too far and my man doesn't drive. I was heavily sedated. I liked the yogurt as I couldn't chew anything.

Ok, so they are in the midst of remodeling job. Carpet rolls, supplies for hotel all over outside. The outside looks kinda bad. The location not good. Very noisy. Near a Mall and lots of loud trucks peeling out during the night. Probably young teens or young men. Lol.

"It’s not worth it even at the price they offer"

Place is under remodel and the room we booked online was horrible. Busted door frame, dead bolt would not lock because of misaligned bracket, peeling bathroom floor trim.

They are undergoing renovation at this time. The fridge in our room was not emptied prior to our arrival, so I wonder what else wasn't cleaned.

"The Worst Hotel In Cleveland TN"

Subject Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Baymont/Wyndham location in Cleveland, Tennessee. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, there were red flags. The lobby was under construction, with furniture scattered everywhere and only a small walkway to access the front desk. While construction can be understandable, the lack of organization and cleanliness was concerning. I was initially assigned to Room 217, which was clearly not ready for guests. The room had not been made up and appeared as though it had not been cleaned for days. I returned to the front desk and was reassigned to Room 213, which was acceptable at first, though my expectations were already lowered. The next morning, the breakfast was extremely disappointing—limited to cereal, a dirty waffle machine, and watered-down beverages. While I chose to overlook this due to nearby dining options, the issues continued to escalate. After leaving for the day’s activities, I returned to find that my room had not been cleaned, refreshed, or restocked. When I asked the front desk about this, I was informed that housekeeping only services rooms upon request or after checkout. I requested clean towels to get through the night. The following day, while walking around the property, I observed trash scattered throughout the grounds, furniture outside guest rooms, and an overall appearance of neglect. I took photos documenting these conditions. Later that day, after once again returning to an uncleaned room, I requested a different room. I was given a key to another room, but upon opening the door, I immediately saw roaches on the table. I returned to the lobby and requested to go back to my original room, despite my dissatisfaction, as I only had one night remaining. I was provided fresh towels. Before leaving the property the next day, I specifically asked the front desk to have the room restocked and refreshed. When I returned later, nothing had been done. At that point, I was extremely upset and disappointed. Based on this experience, I will never stay at another Baymont or Wyndham property again, and I will be sure to share my experience with others. I have photographs available to support everything stated above. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as no guest should endure these conditions. Sincerely, Very Unhappy
