Residence Inn Eugene Springfield

Michael at the front desk greeted us by name every time we left or arrived. His local suggestions were spot on. He should be commended for his exceptional customer service. It was great to have a 2 bedroom suite so our teen could have his own space. My only suggestions are to mark the entrance as we drove around the building looking for the lobby and more items like muffins and fruit for a grab and go breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Not a lot I can saw about this property, as I didn't arrive until 8:00PM, and left at 04:30AM for my flight, but what I can say is this... I'm am the Snobbiest of Status Snobs. I like to be recognized for my 30 years commitment to a Brand, and of all the High End Renaissance, Westin and Full Service Marriott's I've stayed at, this sleepy little Residence Inn in Eugene made me feel like I was the most Important Guest who had ever graced their door. Upon my arrival, I introduced myself, and the clerk Immediately said "Mr. G, we've been waiting for you. There was a Hand Written Card in my Goodie Bag (not a canned pre-printed card, but a real hand written note) thanking me for my loyalty as a Marriott Ambassador. The only thing missing was a Confetti Cannon. I had pre-ordered Delivery of dinner, and let him know I'd come down. 10 minutes later, the same welcoming clerk knocked on my door with my Chipotle order. The property itself is one of the mid-build style Residence Inns. All floors accessible via Inside Hallways. None of that outdoor stairs to a 2nd Floor, where anyone could access you room unannounced. It wasn't the most current furnishings and fixtures you see in some newer RI Properties, but it was immaculately clean and in Perfect Repair. I had been upgraded to a two bedroom suite complete with the Gas Fireplace, which I did turn on while eating my Chipotle. Only wish I had been staying with them for the whole week. I'm hopeful the property leadership reads this and gives a Special Thanks to the young man who was so Welcoming upon my arrival on 01/20/2022. Five Stars!

Fantastic experience, overall. The hotel is just across the street from Alton Baker Park, which is great to take your dog. There is even a dog park toward the back! The breakfast is OK, i wish they had more vegetarian options. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The ONLY issue we had was the kids running around upstairs early in the am. I wish they would keep families with small kids downstairs. Otherwise, great overall.

All in all a good stay. Would be nice to have ovens in all rooms

If you are greeted at check-in by Michael on the front desk, you will know immediately how excellent your stay is going to be. He is courteous, professional and fully explains all there is you’ll need to know about this really fantastic RI. The fitness room is by appointment, but there are free weights. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi looked mighty inviting and people were really enjoying it. Breakfast is excellent, with scrambled eggs, sausage, the world’s best bacon, breads, bagels, yogurts and bananas. Self-serve coffee in the lobby just before the 6:30 a.m. start of breakfast. Grounds are beautiful and well-kept, hallways are spotless. We had the 2-Bedroom (one King, one Queen)/2-Bath Suite (tubs in both), with screened windows that open for a breeze. Thanks again, Michael. GM Colleen, a very good show indeed!

Hotel appears to be occupied by long term residents. One of them angrily knocked on our door at night right after we arrived complaining we were making noise, shouting wildly, while I was alone in the room with my children. It was extremely frightening and when I mentioned it to hotel staff they didn’t seem to care.

Very convenient location. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had to park a trailer and there was plenty of room. The staff were great.

The hotel is AMAZING and the staff is even better! Michael at the front desk will take care of anything and he does it with a smile. The manager Colleen is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and you can tell her staff follows her leadership. The Residence Inn in Eugene will now be our #1 place to stay while in the area. Thank you for making our stay such a great one!

We traveled to Olympic Trials and the hotel was very accommodating. The breakfast was pkgd and good. Room was spacious and clean. Libby and pool area were very clean.

My daughter and I and my sister and her family stayed here for the Olympic trials. The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond in all ways. Marcus even included a hand written note for my son who was competing in the trials wishing him luck from the staff. There was always a fresh supply of cold water bottles because it extremely hot while we were there, the rooms were always cleaned with fresh linens and towels and everyone was incredibly friendly. The location is great with very easy access to like trails and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.
