We found a used tampon next to our bed so we asked to change rooms late at night. The rep that helped us did not offer any compensation for our poor experience. Did not feel comfortable taking a photo of a used tampon on my phone.

We did not eat the breakfast.

We were never able to connect with wifi even after coming to the front desk for additional help. Later we found out that the clerk had put my first name down as our last name!! We kept putting our last name in , as requested, with the room number and of course it never took! I do not have a first name that could possibly be mistaken for a last name, nor vice versa.
