I stay here regularlYy as it's close to work

Staff were very friendly and accommodating

Location was good as my husband was going in for a medical procedure which was within walking distance. Dining was also within walking distance. Communication with the property was very good.

The room was old but clean, however a shower over the bath with no handrails made it very difficult to get in and out. Potential for an accident is very high. The floor (carpet and tiles) were very sticky and the room was musty as if it hadn't been used for some time. Paying extra for parking !!! should have been an option at booking . I was going to make use of the cooking facilities but the frying pan was rusty so we had to looking for breakfast an added cost i hadn't factored in.

Great location just off Lygon Street. Very helpful staff. Kitchen was well appointed and the washing machine and dryer very handy.

The rooms were fairly tired and there was noise from other residents, traffic and the alley behind adjacent restaurants. However, the tariff reflected these issues.
