Everything else, toilet seat was disgusting, Kitchen was horribly dirty, carpet was patchy and bed was uncomfortable

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and major attractions, all within easy walking distance.

the cutlery provided was a bit hit and miss, there was no chopping board, only one fork (and with wonky tines) but five knives. the remote control to the air con wasn't working.

Spacious, good location and clean.

Have complained, emailed 3 times, and am still awaiting a reply. No arrival message with instructions on day of arrival. Had to phone to get details. We were given 7 door key passes for our 7-day stay. Had issues accessing our room. Had to phone the night manager most nights to issue a new door key. Left on 9th Dec and still awaiting my deposit. Very poor communication and no reply to complaint email messages.
