Hilton Garden Inn Missoula

This hotel lived up to the Hilton standard.

I liked how clean the building was. The beds were super soft and so were the blankets.

The front desk explains everything to the White man in front of me but when I stepped up to be helped the man treated me way differently than the customer before me. Hmmm. 🤔 Maybe a little bit more training for that worker to treat everyone with a Welcoming attitude.

Very nice, quiet, clean rooms.

Very friendly front staff the hotel was very clean and organized. I felt very safe while staying here.

Customer service was excellent. Main entrance beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, waitress was lovely.

Overall a good place to stay. A few minor issues but nothing thatcwould keep me from coming back.

The only issue I would say is paying for the buffet? It was like every other hotels free breakfast. That should be free
