The front desk staff were extremely helpful to me. They very pleasantly assisted me with your computer and printing process. They even scanned and emailed one of my very important documents to me that I was required to upload. If your front desk staff didn't help me, I would have needed to leave, find a business center and jump through many hoops. I appreciated their willingness to help me.

Trying to cancel my reservation with Expedia, which there’s no number contact so I could talk to customer service due to the hotel as well. They say they management would not be able to cancel.

Everything was good

Door was very sticky. Limited for military discount.

It was a very nice stay. Very convenient to many places. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and professional.

Game day visit. A little crowded. No storage or safe in room. Quiet and easy to get get out.

It smelled sooo good, not musky or stale like most

This hotel is nice enough and is clean. Everytime I've stayed there, I get a room with a toilet that barely flushes. It happened again on this last stay. The room is always clean and the AC works great. The bed in my room this time was not comfortable. I think a new mattress is needed!
