We just checked in and the toilet was dirty and backed up. Property is sold out so they couldn’t move us. Unbelievable, makes me rethink springhill suites and Marriott. I will be expecting some remedy. This is very un sanitary for someone to not do their job and flush the toilet to ensure that it works properly for the next guest. I will leave Google reviews as well. I will also contact Marriott. Unbelievable. Someone needs to be fired. Really.

Horrible hotel, dirty and smelly room. Toilet wouldn’t flush, stains on carpet and walls. Food still inside microwave from previous guest. Definitely won’t be staying here again!!!

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t use currency for anything as simple as buying some chips or a beverage. The coach had something on it because I was getting bit. There are no paper towels for the kitchen sink. The electrical plugs needs a usb connection especially at the desk. The windows need some type of insulation or noise dampening curtains. The highway noise is bad especially at 6am on a Saturday. I woke up and I couldn’t go back to sleep.

Bed was uncomfortable, not properly made, the room, counters, pictures on walls were sticky and not fully wiped down. Breakfast was limited, we ended up picking up breakfast instead of enjoying at hotel.

This was a nice central area for local travel around the Austin community, overall the motel was nice, clean and nice people

Sheets and pillows looked cleaned but both had a stinky body odor,no trash bags in the one trash can we had in our room.not enough lighting and mirrors for makeup use in the bedroom part.
