Cleaners left the hoover outside our room and the linen cupboard door wide open at all times. Asked for it to be moved three times to no avail!

The hotel was spotless and the grounds immaculately kept. The staff really couldn’t do enough for you they were so welcoming and friendly. The spa and pool facilities are the best I’ve been to. Will definitely be returning.

Loved everything but someone taking drinks orders by the pool or ordering via a QR so you didn’t have to go back into the restaurant each time would be great.
