Hampton Inn Columbus-North

Hotel lobby and rooms had been renovated and were very nice. However, our first room smelled like urine. When I went to use the toilet, there was a large dried urine spot on the seat. So, we were given another room. Although the room appeared clean and well appointed, it too smelled like urine.

My room was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night’s rest. The location is very convenient — close to dining options, shopping, and easy access to the interstate. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and felt safe during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the coffee was just what I needed to start my day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Excellent service, great value, and a comfortable stay — I’ll definitely be back!

Can't think of anything

The staff was very friendly when I arrived. I had called ahead to let them know I was running late but would still be coming in. They were amazing and made the process easy... which is always a comfort from the Hilton Brand. We have decided to make this our regular visit in Columbus when we have to come for my son's doctor appointments. Also, my son said breakfast was chef's kiss which is high praise from him. All the way around a great experience.

The room was full of ants, we had email communication about a extra air mattress which they stated they could not provide. I will kot use this hotel again.

Breakfast was great

The bathroom had poop on the wall right above the toilet paper holder and the toilet wasn't cleaned at all it looked like someone just had explosive poop and left it!

I felt my reservations were not up to par! I was given three different rooms in the course of thirty minutes. A Handicapped , a double room with one bed, on the third try they got it right!
