Hampton Inn Columbus-North

I requested two bed but only ended up with a king size bed; request a roll away bed; but they didn't have one on the premises. Ended up with three adults on one bed.

The staff were amazing, they were more than accommodating, and helpful in every aspect of our stay. The staff, particularly Meg should be commended for outstanding customer service. The hotel was deplorable, room was dirty and the rug had not been cleaned. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner was so loud that it would have been impossible to sleep The outside area in back of the hotel was disgustingly unkempt. There had not been any yard maintenance done to this area for a very long time. Pet walk area was very small and close to the driveway and covered in waste. 3 out of 5 ice machines didn’t work, hallway carpet was filthy etc. Whatever the TV source was would not show the channels selected. Basically this hotel isn’t worthy of being associated with Hilton. My family has been Hilton Honors members for 20 years and we have never witnessed such disgusting accommodations. We will certainly pass on to everyone we know to stay away from this Hotel. Rooms

I stayed at this Hampton Inn on the idea they had a hot tub. This is more likely on Hotels.com and not the hotel itself.hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. HOWEVER THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB!

I cannot say enough good things about the Front Desk Lady (Raquel B.). She was extremely helpful, and was patient, understanding, and kind. Rooms were clean, cool, and comfortable. The lobby area and the bathrooms in the lobby area were clean.

AC not working in room so they got us another room right away. Great service.

Online it was listed as having a hot tub which was my main reason for booking - it does NOT have a hot tub. Also there was dirty wash cloth on the floor in the bathroom. The AC was not working well, even on the lowest setting it did not get very cool in the room.

They had to change my refrigerator 3 times because the original one wasn't working. The customer service person Was supposed to bring up a refrigerator, and left and didn't tell nobody.

Staff was amazing. From front desk to kitchen staff and housekeeping every one was extremely nice and helpful. Recognize your staff,they deserve it !!
