Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook

Stayed overnight for my daughter's wedding and reception at Atlas 42. Everything was wonderful. Didn't use anything. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great!

Very convenient

When you first walk into the lobby of the building, you are greeted by a huge fan. No AC. Then when you walk to see the pool, another large fan. The pool was small and the water appeared to be green. The carpet needed to be clean. Smelled dirty. That goes for the hallways and the room carpert. The bed was fine. The water pressure for the shower was not good. I feel that the hotel needs some remodeling and more attention is needed for the cleanliness of the property.

The staff was very nice and accomodating.

The property is in serious need of makeover. Elevator issues. Rooms just old and outdated. Bathroom tub drain clogged making showering a problem.

I discovered after checking out of the hotel and arriving home the jewelry case I packed was not in my suitcase. There is no explanation for this other than someone had entered our room while we left to get breakfast right before 11:00 check out. As there was no evidence of the door or lock being tampered with I assume an employee came in and stole my property. The worst part about this is I called the hotel and asked for management four times over the next several days and NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK. Finally I just called the police. Still incredulous about how incompetent this is. The staff loitering on the side of the hotel smoking, the side entry door that was not secured and the overall shabby upkeep of this property adds to the overall impression that the management Just Doesn’t Care. The worst experience ever at a Hilton property. The brand is really going downhill.

The Hotel is nicely convenient to where i needed to be. Some confusion at the Front Desk upon checking in on Charges i wasnt aware of. The Hallways are on the darker side, lighter paint choices would fix that. Shower had very poor water pressure, but the room was clean and comfortable
