Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Hesperia. The staff was outstanding and made the experience even better — especially Jorge at the bar, who was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The location is also a huge plus. It’s quite walkable to shopping areas and several good restaurants, which made everything enjoyable. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Would definitely come back!

The Hyatt Hesperia Madrid was outstanding in terms of customer service, luxury, the amenities/breakfast and literally 50 meters from the metro which made it very convenient. Very pleased with the stay and a special shout out to the concierge team which helped me tremendously with planning for every day's activities.
