Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid

This is a lovely venue with great access to attractions. We enjoyed one very quiet and serviceable overnight after the long flight from the United States before catching our train to Malaga. The staff was friendly and very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay in Madrid with our family of four and truly had a great time from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and made our trip even more enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the club lounge, which was a great place to relax and unwind during our stay. The atmosphere, service, and offerings made it a special part of our experience. The staff was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay, always kind, attentive, and eager to help. A special thank you to Costanza, who went above and beyond for our family. When my daughter lost her teddy bear in the room, Costanza was incredibly helpful and quickly helped locate and return it to us. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful moment so much easier, and we really appreciated her care and attention. We’re very grateful for the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Madrid!

Had a one night stay. Our room was spacious and modern, with a sizeable bathroom. The view from the room was dire - looking into a fire escape - but that didn’t impact us much! Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with various enquiries. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Location-wise the hotel is a 2 min walk from the metro into central Madrid.

Excellent service at hotel restaurant from Ana and Jorge

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia. It was a great location, a s minute walk to the Metro which we used throughout our stay as it was way to navigate. There were excellent restaurants nearby, such as Focko, La Madrena, El Picaporte. The room we had was lovely. The bed was comfortable and we were provided with bathroom amenities that many hotels no longer seem to provide. The staff was also very friendly and just wanted to always help in whatever way they can. Morning breakfast had wonderful fresh and healthy choices. I would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our visit to Madrid. The location was excellent, especially as we were in the city for the Madrid Marathon, the race started right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient and made the whole experience even more special. The breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of options, so many that we honestly couldn’t try everything. After the marathon, we also enjoyed celebrating at the hotel bar, where the cocktails were beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious, the perfect way to end such a big day. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and well looked after at all times. The only small point to mention is that the room size felt a little on the smaller side considering the price, but this did not take away from our overall experience. Overall, a wonderful hotel with fantastic service, great food and drinks, and a superb location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.
