"Still room for improvement"

The rooms are spacious and are comfortable. Staff are friendly. However, some issues remain: 1: electric chargers are broken. We tried several times but still couldn’t charge. We had to download an app, pay a 20 dollar deposit just to use the chargers. Why not just use Circuit Electrique’s network? 2: No earplugs, no shavers available at the reception. We had to drive to a pharmacy to get the essentials. 3: pool was closed. For no reason.

Stayed for one night to catch a show at the Casino. Rooms was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the River and Ottawa parliament buildings. Friendly staff, reasonable price, super easy parking at a reasonable rate. Would stay again

It was a lovely room with a great view. It was nice to have a little fridge, big TV, coffee or tea available. Very clean. Comfy beds. Modern bathroom. Well kept furniture. Like a miniature apartment.

Close enough to walk to the parliament buildings. Restaurant made special accommodation for us to have toast and tea for breakfast. Much appreciated!

room was in excellent shape when we arrived, hotel was clean and staff was very helpful english spoken and understood by pretty much all staff which made it more comfortable great stay would return
