This hotel suited our needs very well as t is just opposite of th Canadian History Museum and has easy access to walking trails and river cruises.

Very quiet location, but close to major attractions. Very walkable to a lot of places. Room is clean, well-decorated but on the smaller side, but expected in a downtown hotel. Parking has a height restriction of 6ft, and I had some anxiety attacks parking my full size SUV, perhaps an inch or less left to the ceiling. Staff is professional and courteous.

Half an hour from parliament Hill on foot. Good location with places to eat nearby.

The location was very unique because it was overlooking the beautiful Ottawa river location-wise. It is an easy walk to the Alexandria Bridge or the Museum of History. There is also a very good bagel store nearby, and feels almost as an offshore city hotel. This hotel is perfect if you want to explore around and see the wonderful Ottawa river.

Great location, quiet area. Hotel is good overall, there was miscommunication at time of check in. The room is only serviced every 2 days, i wasn't informed. I stayed a weekend and i had to take care of my room. The sofa bed is super uncomfortable, better to ask for a roll up bed. Staff is friendly, and buffet breakfast is good

Poor housekeeping service. Stayed 4 nights and room was not cleaned a single time. Trash cans were emptied once, and a second time only at our specific request. Housekeeping staff were unfriendly/unwelcoming when we greeted them in elevator.

Lit confortable. Près de notre salle de spectacle. *manquait de savaon dans la douche. * restaurant: les repas ne sont pas intéressants, ni appétissants. Service impeccable.
