Very bad area. Difficult to find driveway. Semi trucks parked in the way. Outside area dark and unsavory. Did not feel comfortable walking one block for food.

Nice clean hotel, easy access to the interstate, breakfast selection was nice.

From my phone call to make a reservation to checkout this place is top notch. I was about two hours away with my wife and we were looking for a room for the night . I picked Tyler, Texas and looked for something close to interstate. I talked with Joe and he was awesome , very friendly and helped me book. We got there in less than two hours and Joe was like , you got here quicker than you said , he remembered me . We got checked in and the room was perfect , nice bed , couple places to sit and a Keurig coffee maker . The bed was great for me , my only complaint was I wish one of my pillows was a little wider . The hotel was quiet , meaning I didn’t hear the other guests . I. The morning they offer a free breakfast and this was wonderful . Eggs, biscuits/gravy, sausage , danish, yogurt, waffles, fresh fruit , coffee and I’m sure I forgot something . They even had almond milk . I assure you I will stay here again and I hope the next Hampton inn is as nice as this one and if so I’ll become a member Thank you again Joe for starting everything out on a very high note

The property was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom has essentials (liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner from a bottle. The breakfast was really good from 6am-10pm. It had a variety of items to choose from (buffet style). The check in and out was smooth and fast. We will definitely come back. Te area was quiet and safe and multiple stores and restaurants are around the property.
