"The room worked perfectly for my family, room was clean and staff was great!"

"Run down, and run away!"

The staff was kind.

The heater in the room was just a mess. You click a button and you literally see no reaction. Did it turn on? Did it not? Doesn’t even show you the temperature and eventually it starts blowing cold air like you want it to. Continuous problems trying to get connected to the Wi Fi and don’t even get me started on the staticky bed sheets!

"BED BUGS and overall POOR HOTEL"

Location was ok

Poor greeting from the front desk clerk. After checking in, I called the front desk for foam pillows, and no one came. I called the front desk three times and no answered. While waiting, I checked the room further and, under the mattress, saw bedbugs. Overall, this hotel is in VERY POOR condition. At this point, I went to the front desk and explained what I experienced and told the clerk that I would be checking out and expected a full refund. She was indifferent and seemed not to care about my experience and said the manager would call me, but I've RECEIVED NO CALL!! ISSUES: - Bed bugs - Dirty bathroom - Dirty carpet - No foam pillows - Poor service - Hotel in poor condition
