Th staff were all so friendly and kind.

Beds where so uncomfortable and the mattresses where so thin. The bed was just hard. For some reason most of the building smelt like dog diarrhea? Don’t know why but it just did. Except near the pool, the chlorine smell covered it up. Normally the breakfasts are so good at a Hampton but this time it just tasted weird. Like they changed where they got their food from? Idk. I normally love Hampton inn but this was just not it.

Immediately transport yourself to a truckstop motel in Kansas! Heat was broken, poop on the toilet seat, shower head spit water all over the bathroom, heat makes a racket, bed is not comfortable. Somewhat surprised that MA DPH allows this place to remain open. The paint and wallpaper are peeling up and the lobby smells like a fish factory. The rooms were also clearly smoked in for 600 years prior to re-branding under Hilton. I felt like I was in a horror movie.

They offer a shuttle to a nearby MBTA station. This is very much appreciated and quite helpful for visitors to Boston.

There is a high pitched shrill that sounds intermittently and is very distracting to sleep.

Very clean and comfortable place. The reception team was welcoming and helpful, and the included breakfast and free parking are such a great bonus!

Breakfast was very good. Delicious western omelet. A suggestion would be to add whole grain breads and bran muffins to the offerings.

Clean, friendly employees, great public room with tv by the registration area. The pool was way too chlorinated. Our skin smelled the next day after a shower.
