No internet, no ac in living room and dining room, kitchen sink not working, stove not working

It’s predictability

The old carpets, the smell on the corridors, the unfinished painting job, the layout of the room, the lack of light fixture in the bathroom

The whole stay was a big pain, noise from the room next door only got 2 hours sleep first night. 3 hours sleep the next night, for a total of 5 hours for 3 days. Complain to the desk several times one night then several times the next night The person that the desk said oh that won't happen tonight right at 10:00 if they make any noise of call the cops to remove them. I Called at 10:02 tell them the noise is still making for 2 hours at a time maybe 10 minute piece then they'd start up again sound like they were bouncing a ball. I had to call the police. When the police came the desk told them my room was the room with the noise!!! They were making the noise which I had to straightened out.

They have no utensils no freaking forks no accommodations I've asked several times every time they came up with or a spoon a knife a toaster. They actually told me to walk over to Owen O'Leary's and ask them for their plastic forks. Compared to they could have went down to Ocean Jobs lot the Dollar tree. Even BJ's was within a mile of that place down the street and bought a box of plastic ones that would have lasted all night. But there's no management. Even the guy at the desk said there's no manager. And no lacking one. I had to go down each time for each piece or thing I need for the kitchen no plates either I got two bowls two knives two spoons oh and then they said they had a cutting board, dish strainerand a toaster. That I had to go get each time I asked for extra towels they never sent them, like they say they would. Because I had a spill from the ice trays fallen out of the freezer because The rack wasn't bolted down, attached in any way so it flew out the door all over the floor. I had to go down for him them my self after slipping 2 time's. I asked for a handicap accessible shower. Which they had only one which they walked me to the room which smelt so bad they cannot rent it. They told me nobody will take it. which I didn't take it either three out of the six washing machines didn't work 3 out of six dryers didn't work in the two that washing machines that worked would filthy I wouldn't wash my clothes anyway. It's been the worst stay in my life I am 62 years old I've stayed at Red roof I've stayed at motel 6 is that were better than this place. Call today to complain about it with the manager I lost the card of his number but they gave me some complaint department which said a manager will call me within two business day which is next Monday maybe. Not looking forward to that. Don't know if it's worth my time. I've already wasted time with this place.

No, breakfast. Just some coffee on a very small table. Very little small prepackaged muffins and cookies.

Need more choices for breakfast. Also the hallways were musky
