"I loved the staff and how comfortable the bed and love the good massage the shower provided"

"Loved it!!!"

The room was small but nice we did valet and there was a guy name SAL he was nice the type of customer service he provided was superior! Also the greeter was kind and the front desk staff was all on point not to mention they also had free breakfast!!!

The room was kinda small and no microwave but thats it!

The room was clean The location was in the heart of downtown

The lighting in the room was not good in critical areas; the security locks on the door did not seem secure at all. The mattress was hard and lumpy.

The lobby was under construction and not welcoming at all. I feel a hotel should advise prospective customers of this. Perhaps offer a discounted rated which should be absorbed in the construction costs.
