Our bathroom flooded 3 nights of our 6 there. Our complaints were did until I fell. Then they “found” the leak. The general manager got involved and identified the issue but it was not fixed u til I called again after the fall and threatened them. I am a Marriott member but this was subpar.

They gave us a $300 credit but by the time we did, we were over it.

"Location, clean, friendly staff :)"

The location is excellent; it’s close to Michigan Avenue, which makes everything very accessible. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and in good condition, and they offer a luggage‑holding service if it’s not check‑in time yet.

The room was a bit small, as we didn’t have enough space to open our suitcases., the mini‑split didn’t heat the room enough; we visited in December and felt a bit cold.

Great breakfast and kind staff. Location is sublime.

The compact room is quite small.
