We were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we used the elevator to get to the third floor. While on the elevator, the lights turned off for 5 seconds and then the door would only open 3 inches. We have to pry the door open forcefully to get out of the elevator. We used the stairs for the rest of our stay. We did not have hot water. One person took a 5 minute shower and then there was no hot water. The hot tub in the pool area was out of service.

New hotel near convention center and downtown. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Breakfast the now typical and adequate oatmeal/bagels/yogurt/dry cereal/omelet.

Perfect and inexpensive for what we needed. a place to sleep and be close to Western. Building and rooms are clean but worn looking. Hot tub was out of order - breakfast was good.

The condition of the hotel is unfortunately poor. Our toilet barely functioned and the heater/ac was extremely loud and squealed. The employees were great!
