This place could use a little updating/good cleaning. The beds were ok. Breakfast was great! The staff member who worked the breakfast on 6/26/2025 kept the breakfast area spotless, cleaner than the rest of the hotel. She was also friendly and attentive to breakfast buffet. The best part of the stay for us was breakfast.

"Every comfort at the Comfort Inn!"

Very pleasant stay. It was a last minute reservation as our original VRBO messed up our reservation. This was comfortable, accomadated our small dogs, breakfasts were delicious and was close to everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were a plus. Great stay!

"Not up to Choice Hotels standards!!!"

This place is a dump! Spend the money and go somewhere else. This hotel is dirty. Dirty furniture, stairwells, carpet, furniture in room, and the bathroom. There was a dead bug and grit on the floor, as well as mold on the broken shower tile. The laundry room and pool are out of order, as we as the OJ dispenser. The bed is hard. The elevator has an electrical panel hanging on with electrical tape, just barely. The outside landscaping hasn’t been done in forever and an old hose and reel were just left laying on the grass. Also, an outside safety light was unplugged. Had I any other choice I would not have stayed here. I will not be staying here in the future. Just take heed! It’s a waste of your money and time.

Nice no frills hotel off of the main thoroughfare which makes it a little quieter; however, it is still less than 3/4 mile from the restaurants in downtown Gunnison.

Nothing to like. Read the reviews on this dump!

This place is run down, pool closed, washers didn’t work. Dirty, drapes dirty falling off. Half pillows, my door didn’t work had to hit it to open.a/c kept shutting off. Weeds. Just gross.
