Hotel Mirador

I loved the location and food.

The room was a quite cold and there wasn't an iron to iron my clothes.

Huoneiden ikkunat aivan liian ohuet l. melua tiestä joka on vilkkaasti liikennöity. Ensin minulle annettiin huone katunäkymällä 1.krs vaikka olin maksanut merinäköalasta ja tästä en saanut hyvitystä

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, tolle Lage um Palma zu erkunden! Nettes Frühstück bei tollem Blick auf Kathedrale , Hafen und Kreuzfahrtschiffe.

Leider knallen die Türen sehr laut. Was sich vermeiden ließe, würden die Gäste sie festhalten beim Zumachen. :-)

The location of the hotel was very good and convenient. The breakfast was enjoyable, with an especially beautiful view from the breakfast area as well as from the pool area. We also found the staff to be very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The hotel photos did not fully match the reality, and overall the price-quality ratio did not feel justified. The most inconvenient aspect was the room layout and lack of privacy. The window and very small balcony were directly facing another hotel building, and there were no light/privacy curtains available — only thick blackout curtains. This meant that if we opened the curtains for daylight, the entire room was fully visible from outside, which made the room feel uncomfortable and exposed. The bed was also not very comfortable, as the mattress was extremely soft. In addition, some of the furniture felt quite tired and worn. The bathroom could use improvement as well. The shower glass appeared stained or permanently dirty, which gave an unclean impression. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations considering the price and the presentation online.
