Flew to Palma on Monday. 3 days at the Mirador. A1 bus then walked to the hotel. Really easy. Location is excellent. Love the marina. Breakfast was excellent as was the view from the balcony. Staff are nice. The room was basic with no safe or kettle. It was ok. We were level 6. Love the little area with the roof top pool. We went to Cala Major for 2 euros. Up the steps and cross the road line 4. We also went to the beaches the other way for 2 euros. Number 30 bus cross the road by reception. All in all very happy. Because we explored it was perfect

Great location. Excellent breakfast area and food. Nice spot by the pool on level 8. Needs a safe and something to make a hot drink in the room. Staff good.

Staff were lovely and always really helpful . Rooms were lovely , clean and big . Pool area was nice and pool looking over the marina was great . We had drinks and food by the pool very happy with the standard . Staff couldn’t have been kinder . Breakfast was really nice , loads to choose from . Easy 15 min stroll from the hotel unto the centre of Palma . The hotel stored our bags on the last day as we had a late flight . They were happy for us to chill by the pool all afternoon . We really enjoyed our stay . We were a party of 11 celebrating a big birthday . Hotel was perfect .
