"Comfortable but such a disappointin customer experience, I would not return under any circumstances."

location to the Convention Centre and the Strip

The reception staff were great however the bar staff were extreamly rude, and ill attentive to the needs of there customers. This was not a single member of bar staff/restaurant it was the whole team, and equally over the my three days stay.. The bar/restaurant staff seem to operate within a very poor customer service culture.

"MY STAY WAS TERRIBLE"

Miss treatment by a front desk staff 6-13-2026 in the afternoon I walk with a cane requested a first floor room near the elevator when I made reservations was denied by staff member WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL PASS THE WORD AROUND HOW TERRIBLE I WAS TREATED, ROOMS WERE DIRTY TRASH BEHIND TV

We stayed here with our two kids for one night, and we really liked that the car was parked right outside the door. There was a TV, a small fridge, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a large mirror next to the bed ;) Basically, it had everything we needed. The location was convenient—we could walk to the sphere. Украина.

There were only two things I didn't like. There's no lock on the bathroom door. And the shower. We Europeans are used to a different, more convenient type of shower—a handheld shower.

"It was great until we had to switch rooms for a problems that was not our fault."

It was great until it wasn’t.

I didn’t like the fact that as I’m getting ready for a concert they called us and said we had to switch rooms right at that moment because our shower was leaking to the room underneath us. So had to pack up everything and move to another room, which made us late for the concert. Not once did they call my phone but said they had been calling us in the room all day. Sorry we went out all day, it is Vegas lol

Noisy bath fan, access to room was confusing and elevator was far away. Room was roomy, but average. Older with stains on carpet.
