"Horrendous"

I believe the staff took items out of my room. When asked they said they trough them out. When pressed for answers they quickly changed their story and gave me my items back. I did not report them as there is a hurricane recovery missions going on and the police didn’t need to bother with thieves.

That had to ask about my items and why they gave them to me only after being told I wouldn’t leave without my items.

Sean at the front desk was very helpful in whatever I asked and needed. The gentleman who I believe was the maintenance man was very friendly. Place is clean and updated with the exception of the bathroom but that was clean just a little outdated. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 nights because of the hurricane Helene the bathroom was poorly done for handicap people and the room had a portable humidifier that you had to keep dumping yourself if you wanted it to keep the room smelling clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly but will not stay here again. Hotels.com should definitely start checking these hotels if they are recommended
