Clean room within easy walking distance to the conference I was attending.

I have never stayed in an interior (no window) hotel room before, and it was a little claustrophobic. Also had a mixup with the hotel about room type/pricing that took longer than it should have to solve.

"Great location, besides heat and making sure that we don’t leave any thing else, our stay was suitable."

What i liked about the property was the location. It is near everything that we wanted.

Our room did not have any heat. We had to call front desk twice regarding the thermostat. Also my daughter left her favorite blanket by mistake. When i called to retrieve it, i was told that no one had seen it. My daughter was very sad.
