The location was perfect and the staff was very nice.

"Hermoso hotel pero fea la zona de los alrededores"

La habitación era muy linda pero tenia poca luz. El desayuno no era buffet sino que habia un menu de donde uno pedía, pero era todo muy rico y casero. Nunca me contestaron si el desayuno era para los cuatro que íbamos a la habitación. Pero el personal fue siempre muy amable. El street car pasa por la puerta del hotel para hacer el paseo por Charles Street.

Solo hicieron nuestra habitación el primer dia, nos quedamos 5 noches, nunca mas la hicieron. El desayuno era solo para dos personas, nos dejaron usar los cupones de los días siguientes y después fuimos a desayunar a otro lugar. La zona por más que esta muy cerca de la Canal Street y Bourboun, no es linda porque hay mucha gente durmiendo en esa manzana en la calle. Hay edificios desocupados y por eso esta esta gente.

"Perfect for the Bourbon Street"

The staff was very nice and professional, especially Alicia! Very close to the French quarter / Bourbon Street (one block) but use some caution as there are some characters around the block... but we (two 70-year-old ladies) never felt threatened. You have to pay for parking ($49 daily) and no breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The location was phenomenal and staff were amazing. I loved the bartender on the morning shift of the restaurant common sense. He was a great person.

The valet was very pricey per day $53/ day
