The hotel room was not clean. The water in the sink did not flow, water did not go away. The sink drain plug was horrible, full of dirt, hair, vegetable peels, etc The manager Mrs Martha Wisniewski had a very bad attitude and did not want refund or even apologize for the very poor service.

Great Value in Titusville! If you are looking for the best bang for your buck in Titusville, this is it. While it is an older property, you won't find a better deal in the area—especially one that is so welcoming to dogs. The highlights of my stay: • The Breakfast: I really appreciated the full breakfast provided every morning. • The Service: Everyone here is incredibly friendly and attentive. • Front Desk Shout-out: A huge thank you to Rayne at the front desk. She is super responsive and will immediately go above and beyond for anything you ask. • Maintenance Team: The maintenance staff is top-notch and super fast. Shout out to David and Al for being so attentive! Highly recommend if you want great service without the high price tag.

The staff was friendly when we checked in and checked out. The breakfast was good.

What we didn't like was that we were charged for damage in the room that we didn't do. We didn't even receive a call or voicemail from them to explain the damage to the room. I had to reach out to question the additional charge. They stated they didn't want to call us because we were on our way to the cruise. I wish they would have contacted us right away to discuss the issue. They provided us with a picture of the damage that we didn't do. If you plan to stay here make sure you take pictures once you get in the room and when you leave.

Good side - convenient and close to NASA. Very clean I use Lysol wipes and black light - no dirt on wipe and only found a hand print on the head board. So very clean, bad side / paper thin walls. Recommend? Yes stay here for the price and location
