Personnel sympathique; calme; lit confortable; bon petit déjeuner (délicieuses fraises!)

Une seule chose que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est d'avoir à sortir à l'extérieur pour le déjeuner.

For one the manger Martha she’s really rude I tried to tell her that I was being over charged and she didn’t believe me tried to show her that I was being over charged she didn’t wanna see and I’ve talked to staff and staff told me it won’t be the first time they over charged someone and didn’t do anything about it I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemies.

Location

We were sent to a room that was not cleaned AT ALL when we got there initially. Front desk was great in handling it and getting us a diffferent room. Then we got back from our excursion the next day to find that housekeeping did clean our room (really just made the beds), but put a dirty towel that was on the floor in the bathroom that we used to step out of the shower with on top of "clean towel" but these were really our towels from the day before that we just folded back up.

The staff, the people

The breakfast, the bed, the broken TV, the lack of vigilance towards making sure all the amenities were present there adequately.

The location is pretty good to explore the region and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was sub-par. Most annoyingly though was that the key-card lock of my room failed, the hotel does not have a master key for the lock's keyhole, and their override machine was also unable to open the door. Some burglar-style contraption had to be used to pull the door handle from the inside. I was told the lock would be fixed upon my return, but when I came back 10h later, we had to go through the same motions again. I did get a new room after that. Tooth paste stains on the faucet and an empty toilet paper roll in the room were also not great. There was a second roll, but the empty cardboard roll was dangling next to it.
