"It was a disappointing experience and a bad start to the visit of the Kennedy space centre which we were so looking forw"

I didn’t like anything as I was so disappointed by the place.

_ the location and the motel like building - the noise of the car parked in front of our rooms - the old dated furniture, light switches - the tiny bathroom/toilet - the tiny insects around the shower cubicle - the tiny stuffy breakfast room and the choices of dishes - mainly sweet unhealthy food - the high price compared to what we got for it. -

"Motel en cercanía a KSC"

La cercanía al KSC (20 minutos en auto). El personal fue muy amable. Incluye desayuno y parking. Hay restaurant muy bueno en las mismas instalaciones.

Agua caliente no funcionaba muy bien.

"Flooded out."

One house keeping person was kind and quick in changing the sheets that had stains on them when we arrived.

Everything else. Stains on the bed when we arrived. Placed in a handicap room where the shower completely flooded over the edge of the shower and throughout the bathroom. Was told by the front desk that they had no extra towels but maybe a floor mat. When speaking with the person he refused to actually speak on the situation, get his lazy self up and get out of his office to even call or look for towels or something to help clean up the mess.
