We weren’t able to sleep because some guys were hanging outside our room smoking marijuana and been so loud. I call the office and they didn’t do anything.

The fact that we could park outside our first floor room was wonderful. It made loading and unloading so easy. The room was clean and the bedding and towels fresh. But the staff was the charm...the front desk was staffed by an incredibly kind and patient young lady who set the tone for our overnight experience. She was the best thing about Best Western. Kudos to her and to the person who was smart enough to hire her.

Our only wish was that the breakfast service had started earlier. We needed to leave by 6:30 and breakfast began at 7:30!

The location was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to reserve on Booking app.

The sheets were coarse.

This is by far the worst motel I have ever encountered. (We were in room 279 on 2/6 and 2/7/2026.) There were bugs in the bathroom, by the sink and in my bed (After I got home I noticed I have bites on my back and hips)The bed I had should should be in a dumpster someplace. It had broken springs and it was like sleeping in a hole. This was a room with double beds with 2 guests, it had only 2 bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. One of the bath towels was folded nicely but when I opened it up it had a black stain 8-10 inches long by 3 inches wide. When we asked for clean towels we never got any, and that was after 3 calls were placed to the reception area. While waiting to check out another customer came in with an issue, her toilet was plugged. She was given a plunger to take to her room to use, apparently she was to replace a staff member that should have been addressing the issue! She was told to just leave the plunger outside the door and someone from housekeeping would take it. Seriously??? Housekeeping didn't come on day 2 to make up the beds, leave fresh linens, empty the trash etc. Once again a call was placed (twice) with no one coming to take care of business. Another thing that I personally did not like was that the rooms were across the parking lot from the check in/front desk area. Not a safe place in my opinion and no elevator to bring heavy bags up a flight of stairs. I will give positive recognition to the woman who checked us out in the morning. She listened to our complaints and apologized for all of the issues. I don't know her name but the manager should, she was a tiny woman with short dark hair and glasses. MY MESSAGE WOULD BE DON'T STAY IN THIS MOTEL!!! Third world country's have better accommodations than this place.
