The staff were extremely helpful, not in a hurry and gave us clear instructions on all the hotel had to offer. They were very caring and personable, making us feel at home.

The breakfast didn't have much to offer.

Location and area

Staff was very polite and friendly. Room and hotel was discussing. Carpet smelled really bad and was stained. It looked like a dog had tried to claw through the door. The toilet paper had been in water then put back onto the holder. There were bugs flying around. Lampshade wasn’t straight like there had been a struggle at some point. Huge stain on the ottoman. We didn’t even set our bags down in fear we would get bedbugs. Crusty stuff on the curtains… it was really gross.

My daughter and I stayed here and the parking situation was scary. We had to park in the back up a ways and go down some steps that were not well lit with bushes surrounding the steps. All in all it was not a safe atmosphere outside in the back. The front parking lot was full. There was not much for breakfast so we ate elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

The location was appropriate for my stay

Not enough soap and shampoo.

Desk clerk was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Convenient and affordable. So due for renovation they explained it. Clean room. Breakfast is very minimal.

I like the general location though anything in KC can be odd. The staff was great, it was quiet, parking is limited but easy, and I like the "concept" of spanish accents etc. However, the hotel when we visited is way past due for an overhaul, musty and worn - we did note on the wall that reno plans are in place and starting sept 2025 so if they renovate bathrooms, repaint and carpet, and maybe upgrade their breakfast (toast and bagels) this will be a solid location.
