The beds were comfortable.

The smell of the room. The female lady at reception had no interest in helping us. The pool and furniture hadnt been cleaned all winter, so if it's not usable then it should state that prior to arrival.

Preis, Leistung in Ordnung. Waren auf der Durchreise. Das einzige Manko das Zimmer war etwas dunkel. Aber dadurch das wir nur zum schlafen da waren völlig ausreichend. Frühstück ebenfalls gut. Kann man empfehlen.

Desk receptionist was rated good.

Had to ask for tp paper and nose tissue. Coffee maker didn't work. Never replaced. Trash was not emptied two days.

Nice and cozy and updated. Water pressure and temperature was great

Our room wasn't cleaned, the beds were possibly made (couldn't tell for sure) but there were crumbs and garbage from the previous occupants in several places. The bathroom had clumps of hair in corners that had been there for some time. All appliances had caked up dust on them so the room hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. Management was understanding to some extent and offered another room, that was equally dirty. We ended up staying the night in the second room after cleaning the bath and toilet ourselves. Dirt spots came off easily with some wet wipes, so this is just lack of care and laziness. There was dog hair on the floor and the walls are paper thin. Our neighbour shouting all through the night was the last drop.  The lobby has several lights flickering right as you enter, and there is a help wanted sign for cleaners posted at the entrance, which in hindsight were obvious red flags.  Several outside stair steps are damaged for what looks like a really long time, and the lack of cleaning shows everywhere. After speaking to the front desk person, who was oblivious of the problems we experienced the previous night, we ended up leaving the morning after even though we paid for two nights. Management was supposed to contact us through email about a refund for the second night, but no one has attempted to contact us. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are planning to do a deep clean of the room yourself.

It was only 7 minutes to the VA hospital.

The bathroom and bedroom was less than outdated, it was not cleaned well and looked like if they just knocked down a wall or two it would be similar to what I'd think was a prision cell. Although there were not many vwhicles in the lot, the attendant put me (A single female) in the way back, upstairs, in the middle. Not at all okay. This place is not well lit. No matter how much friendlier I got - the attendant appeared very much like a jerk who couldnt wait for me to get from in front of him. Mind you; I'm super tired, in pain, and really just needed to get into a hotel for my ergency MRI the next morning so I just stayed. The breakfast was beyond lacking and did not look appealing at all. I ended up having just a yogurt. I have to say this hotel should not be charging more than $60/night. They get away with charging more because of its proximity only. Like I said, VA appointment was early in the morning so I felt it best not to drive 3 hours to get there when I'm already messed up.
