Nice clean and comfortable hotel but was shocked it only has one restaurant !

Unprofessional staff, Hidden fees charged when I asked front desk they gave me an absurd explanation. Bathroom in the room is run down, attended a wedding at the hotel was declined late check out, which every other hotel in the country allows if you attend a wedding in their hotel.

The bathrooms are too old. But the staff, the view and the food is great

The workers in the hotel were on strike.. no room service or bar or restaurant.... it was very stressful ... it was really bad experience

The staff at the door was very helpful and polite at all times. The receptionist girl was a bit abrupt didn’t like questions being asked. When I called the reception to see if they had an iphone charger the lady who picked up the call very rude. The buffet breakfast was great the hotel was clean but the bathroom was average.

We liked everything. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Very good hotel, central location, superb breaksfast. Some of the staff are rude, and their English is so basic.

The hotel is ugly from the outside and until the new pool is finished the swimming is limited to tiny indoor and outdoor pools but the rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the public areas attractive. Excellent views of the mosque and bridge, Adana’s chief attractions. Service in the restaurant was excellent and the buffets impressive before the locals fell on them at sunset (it was Ramazan) like a flock of vultures. Excellent breakfasts.
