Hotel desperately needs renovation. Showing wear and tear is an understatement. It's physical condition masks efforts to keep it clean. In present condition it will never look clean. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast spread is excellent.

Easy access. Close to the airport (7-10 minutes) and city center. They have free parking and good quality free WiFi in common areas and rooms. Most rooms has the unique view of the historical Taskopru (Stonewall bridge, that was built by Romans during 2nd Century AD.

Facilities need to be updated. The reception staff were not friendly me helpful. Had an issue withy room and 5 reception staff could not assist. Only when I lost my temper, the manager decided to assist and compensated my issue.
