I feel very comfortable and hotel ambience I really enjoyed. Food is very good, personally communicated with Mr. Viraj and his customer service and professionalism excellant. Over all experience is satisfactory and I will come agai for dine at Hotel Kohinoor Continental.

Had a really good stay at the hotel. Special thanks to Namrata and Zeeshan from the Front Office for being super helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout the stay. Really appreciated the warm hospitality. The buffet spread at Solitaire Restaurant had a good variety and the service was nice and attentive. The food was decent, but the quality can definitely be improved a bit more. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service from the staff.

Great location, Good amenities, delicious food and ambience

To the Management, I am absolutely furious with the kind of treatment and service I received during my stay. This was by far the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. 1. The rooms STINK – Only the outside looks good for photos. Inside, the smell was unbearable. How do you charge people for this? 2. Duty Manager Smriti was the worst – Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Making guests wait 30 minutes in the corridor like we’re begging for a room is disgraceful. 3. Fake “upgrade” drama – Don’t insult guests by claiming you “upgraded” us when we already paid for that room category. We’re not fools. Give us what we paid for without the lies. 4. Zero empathy from staff – Reception and in-room dining staff acted like they were doing us a favour by doing their basic jobs. Customer service was non-existent. I paid good money to be treated like garbage. Your staff desperately needs training on basic manners, honesty, and empathy. Right now, your hotel is all show and no substance. Fix your service or stop calling this hospitality.

Great location close to Mumbai airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and check-in was quick. Overall a good experience for an overnight stay.

Me and my mom came for the having food we order penny in Arabia sauce chicken but we got veg service was good but Food was horrible.

Amazing service with excellent hotel and rooms

My stay at Hotel Kohinoor was really good. The location is very convenient as the metro station is nearby, which made traveling easy and hassle-free. The staff behavior was excellent, especially Rupesh and Namrata, who were very polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even better. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was quick. The food was good, though it could still be improved a little to make the overall experience perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. Overall, it’s a good choice for stay with good connectivity, supportive staff, and a comfortable stay experience.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Ms Ravina and Ms Jyotsna from the housekeeping department. Both of them demonstrated exceptional professionalism and politeness throughout their work. Their attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness made my stay truly comfortable. Initially, I assumed they were experienced staff because of the high standard of their work and the confident way they carried out their duties. When they informed me that they were actually trainee staff, I was genuinely surprised and highly impressed. Their commitment, efficiency, and positive attitude reflect great potential and leave a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly commend Ms Ravina and Ms Jyotsna for their excellent service and wish them all the best in their careers. They are a wonderful asset to the team.
