I came for the celebrating my birthday last night. We had dinner. We order the food. Food taste was really really very very bad. I don’t think so. I will come back again, but although service was good.thank to maxwell

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is conveniently located near Mumbai Airport, which makes it an excellent choice for travelers. At the time of arrival, Ms. Namarta at the front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. She was courteous and efficient, and our room was allotted immediately without any delay, which was highly appreciated after a long journey. The housekeeping service was top-notch, with rooms maintained in a very clean and comfortable condition throughout our stay. The food was also excellent, with great taste and quality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, efficient service, and hospitality. I would definitely prefer to stay here again.

Incapable staff unable to manage guests checkin efficiently. It took 1.5 hours to checking after requesting for name change which eventually didn't happen and had to pay additional charge.
