"Great value, spacious room, warm and friendly vibes"

Great value hotel with the most charming receptionist I have ever met. Room was spacious, relaxing and quiet. Soundproof windows did a good job of isolating outside noise. Carpet floors which is a huge plus for me (although with a creaky wooden floor underneath). Breakfast was great, with egg dishes and waffles prepared by order, fresh and hot. Happy hour with a nice craft beer selection. The decor of vintage cameras and lenses were also a nice touch.

El último día dejamos las toallas en la bañera para cambiar y cuando volvimos por la noche ahí estaban. No dejaron toallas limpias y el suelo del baño estaba sin limpiar. Otro día tampoco habían cambiado una toalla que habíamos puesto para lavar.

"Exceptional customer service"

I have been coming to this hotel for a few years and always love the experience. This time i must praize the exceptional customer service: i had wrongly booked my stay on booking for a wrong date and it was not refundable. I rebooked separately directly with the hotel for the right date and they were so understanding that i did not have to pay my second booking. I call that customer service. A big big thank you
