Great Staff! Went above and beyond making sure our stay was a delight. Breakfast was fantastic, courtesy coffee and tea, great happy hour and very chill decorum. Front desk stored our luggage after checkout. Again, fantastic staff! The location is perfect for enjoying Brussels.

Great location

We liked the location, with easy access to the metro. It was quite quiet at night away from the main tourist locations. However we could reach them all with a walk or Metro. There were a number of good restaurants locally so we ate in the area and could walk home. Fresh made waffles for breakfast on request was a nice touch. The room was large and the bed big and comfortable too. Handy for the Eurostar being just 3 stops away on the Metro. Staff were very helpful.

The shower in the bathroom was prone to leak onto the floor which was not nice. I think the cleaning staff were rushed so there was room for improvement.

La pulizia e l’arredamento, nuovo e in buono stato di manutenzione

La mancanza di sufficiente luce naturale diretta. La grande finestra si apre su un cavedio, è quindi necessario accendere le luci in qualsiasi momento della giornata; e le varie luci non sono sufficienti ad illuminare bene la stanza. Il bagno è grande, molto pulito, in ottime condizioni di manutenzione, ma non ha finestra.

Je dirais que le seul point négatif c'est l'odeur du petit dej qui remonte dans les chambres mais ça sens bon

L'accueil est exceptionnel, chaleureux, avec beaucoup d'attention et d'écoute témoignée par le staff. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, copieux et gourmand !
