Excellent food at Chingari and great service by Monashree and team...

I would recommend everyone Chingaari restaurant. The lady made us felt very special. She personally gave us the poolside table where we wanted to sit.. The view was nice.. Food also good... And Monashree took very extra care of us. She told us the menu.. and we loved the food and also everyone was good..

Monashree helped us with selecting the menu as well as gave us a very warm welcome and service, also she provided my special request which was anniversary cake, overall very generous.

The food was very tasty, And the lady serve us was very calm and polite, her name is Monashree

Enjoyed the evening. Good food. Also loved Monashree's polite and calmness .she was very caring and she suggested very tastiest food. Will recommend it to everyone. Really had a great party. Also Monashree's smiling nature is top notch..

Hotel is completely non cooperative. Hotel pushing the responsibility on booking.com And booking.com simply doesn't revert.

We stayed at sheraton pune for 2 nights, and both me, and my husband were traveling by train,For the first time . we reached sheraton, and we had a beautiful stay.Everything went really well. On the day that we were checking out , my husband had a meeting which was supposed to last for 1 hour, but it went on for 2 and a 1/2 hours because of which, he called me up from the meeting and told me to meet him at the train station at the platform directly, our train was a 2 PM.I had never traveled alone by train, and let alone come to Pune.It was only my second trip to Pune so while I was checking out , I informed the front desk that I would need a taxi that would drop me to the train station and I just took a chance and asked if the driver who will be dropping me to the train station can also guide me toward the platform since it's my first time-traveling by train ,to which he told me that he would make sure that another team member would accompany me not only to the train station but make sure that I reached The correct platform. I was truly filled with gratitude and was very happy with such a kind gesture.while I reached the train station, Santosh was very kind, very informative. He already had an app on his phone on which he checked the platform number of my train, He took my bags and walked ahead of me , found out on which platform and not only that but checked for a space where I could sit till my husband reached and made space amongst the crowd for it, He gave me his number and said that, "ma'am, if you need anything ,any problem that you may face, give Me a call, I will return in 2 minutes." This was one of the kindest gestures that a hotel staff has shown toward me. I myself am an independent hotelier. And I have a hotel in Belgaum and I gave this example of kind gesture to my hotel staff so that they could definetly learn from this kind of service, Sheraton pune will be our regular for sure, Thank you chaitanya and santosh
