We had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel, and this was our third visit. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel at home. The entrance welcome was heartfelt, and the lobby with its beautiful chandelier set the perfect tone. Check-in was smooth and cheerful, with genuine smiles that made us feel valued. A special mention to Ruchita Shetty, whose welcoming nature and inviting attitude stood out. In true Marriott spirit, she went the extra mile by gifting us a personalized cup engraved with a photo of my parents and me — an unforgettable gesture that touched our hearts. Breakfast each morning was a delight, offering a wide spread of Indian and international varieties. The bakery and pastry items, homemade by Chef Suraj, were outstanding. Our server, Mr. Nagraj, provided excellent service and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, thanks to the dedication of Mr. Santosh, who ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, every member of the team contributed to making our experience truly special. We are deeply grateful and look forward to returning again. Thank you to each and every one of you for your hospitality and care.
