Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our 15-day stay at Sheraton Grand Pune. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled seamlessly, thanks to Mansi Raut, our SPOC, who ensured all formalities were completed in a completely hassle-free manner. A special mention to Manager Sachin and Gagandeep, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the genuine care and attention from the entire team. The managers frequently checked in on us to ensure everything was perfect, which made us feel truly valued. My wife, our two daughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The thoughtful gestures for my daughters—like surprise pancakes, chocolates, personalized fridge magnets with their photos, and coffee mugs—were simply delightful. These small yet meaningful touches made our stay memorable and special. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and special mention to Prateeksha,Saurabh,Ansh,Nagraj,Prasad,Akanksha, always ready to assist with a smile. Experiences like these truly reinforce why the Marriott Bonvoy brand stands for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. We leave with beautiful memories and look forward to returning soon.

Me and my friend went there to celebrate her birthday and it was really wonderful with the drinks, food and ambience. But what made our experience even more amazing is the service by Sagar! Right from the moment we entered, he made sure to make us feel comfortable and was in his toes to make sure that we get the best service possible. Loved his service and attentiveness, please ask for Sagar whenever you go there. Thank you Sagar :)

Nice property but a bit dated

At checkout dispute over charges. Told it was system error in billing

Had a nice stay at this property! On a business trip and chose it basis recommendation. Pleasant surprise was the upgrade to a suite and access to executive lounge. Gagan was very helpful. The front desk team, housekeeping, breakfast area team were very friendly and courteous. The food was awesome. The variety and spread at breakfast was one of the finest with live counters catering to multiple cuisines. Have to stay for a few days to do justice to all that this hotel has to offer. There was a power glitch which got rectified quickly. Says a lot about customer centricity. Keep up the good work.

We had a family staycation at Sheraton Grand. Its a legendary five star resort of Pune and it totally lived up to the standards. I have to mention it first that the whole staff is very polite and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Akash who made our check in process very smooth and walked us through the property and took care of us till the time we checked out. The rooms are well maintained and higher floors get some best Views of the city. The Food in all 3 restaurants was superb. The Rooftop Swimming pool is fabulous. The Recreation area has a lots of game and Gym is well equipped. We had the best time.

Would like some soft drinks on the mini bar

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Sheraton Grand. Right from check-in, Mansi Raut set the tone with her efficiency, warmth, and genuine attentiveness. The facility itself was impeccably clean, the elite lounge services were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection. Every staff member I interacted with was a 10/10, professional yet personable, which made all the difference. I stayed here about eight years ago, and things were very different back then. The improvement has been remarkable. Mansi deserves a special mention. She stayed in touch throughout, always ensuring my needs were met. That level of care doesn't go unnoticed. My usual choice in Pune is the JW Marriott, but the Sheraton Grand is absolutely on par and offers the best value for money. I'm very glad I decided to spend a day here on April 5th, 2026, and I'd happily return.

Our children and I joined my husband on his business trip to Pune and we stayed at the Sheraton Grand. The team there couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. When my husband lost his voice and my daughter felt a bit under the weather, hot toddies and fresh fruit magically appeared to help them feel better. Sumana left a lovely note to cheer her up. It made us feel comfortable and well looked after, despite being so far from home. Thank you, Sheraton Grand team!
