Los de recepción llamas desde tu habitación y no cogen el teléfono. Muy mal. Aire acondicionado totalmente insuficiente. Cama pequeña a pesar de estar en junior suite. Limpieza regular-mal. No volvemos.

Odalar temiz ve genişti. Aile olarak kaldık. Çok rahat ettik. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdiler. Konumu tam merkezde değil ancak önünden tramvay geçiyor. Ulaşım da çok kolaylıkla hallediliyor. Tavsiye ederim.

la localisation, le petit-déjeuner et le personnel du petit-déjeuner, l'équipe du nettoyage

Le management de l'hôtel a changé, malheureusement pas les équipements à l'allure fatiguée. il faisait une chaleur intense ave une ventilation défaillante, insupportable dans le lobby notamment. le personnel d'accueil est méprisant, désagréable voir brutal ce qui n'était pas la cas il y a quelques années.
