Radisson Blu, Basel

The room was clean and properly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

There was visible wear on the furniture and the hallway carpet. The "double bed" was actually two single beds on wheels pushed together, which tended to move apart very easily, making it somewhat uncomfortable and frustrating.

This was my third time at this specific Radisson and I am so glad I chose it yet again, I in fact will be recommending that my colleagues book this too whenever they are in Basel, if you are reading this I recommend it for you too ;). The hotel is located very conveniently and I keep choosing it because of the spa amenities which help one unwind during their travels, the room was quite comfortable and well maintained too. Honestly as a frequent traveller in hotels every other month sometimes week, I find small nuances stand out for me more and more, and what stood out most for me during this visit was the staff, all of them are quite professional and I love love looove the kitchen staff especially! Jean and Stefan are particularly worth mentioning as they are so warm, + helpful in a very genuine way, not just because it is their job one can tell it's in their nature and they are passionate, whoever did the hiring did something right there. I also like the fact that if one is travelling for work they are very accommodating if you need to take business calls even before or after checkin/out and will find a suitable place for one to do so.

Too expensive, 963eur for 3 nights for this type of hotel is too much, it’s decent but no more than 250eur per night seems like a correct price to me

Veel te kleine badkamer. Jammer want de kamer was ruim. Verhouding klopte echt niet. Had ik niet 2 nachten gedaan.

kahvaltı çok güzeldi. beklentimi karşıladı. otelin temizliği güzeldi. konumu çok iyiydi, zaten basel çok büyük bir şehir değil ve rezervasyon şehir içi ücretsiz toplu taşıma sağladığı için otelin konumu da avantajlıydı. tramvay-otobüsle havaalanı yaklaşık 20 dakika, merkezi yerler ise 10 dakika civarı sürdü. tekrar basele gelirsem kalmayı düşünürüm. ayrıca odadaki ütü ve saç kurutma makinesi ev tipi cihazlardı ve bunu çok sevdim. resepsiyondakiler ve restoran çalışanları kibardı. odada şampuan, saç kremi, duş jeli, sabun ve nemlendirici mevcut. iki ayrı yatakta ikişer yastık vardı. kliması iyi çalışıyor. aydınlatmasını yeterli bulmadım ama büyük bir problem değil. otelin kendi otoparkı mevcut ama ücretli sanırım 30 chf. ama yakınlarda ücretli otopark bulunuyor. biz otele 5 dk mesafedeki bir otoparka günlük 25 chf'e bıraktık.

odada terlik yoktu, resepsiyondan istediğimizde hemen getirdiler ama odaya geldiğimde içeride olmasını beklerdim. kaldığım odanın duşakabini problemliydi, su sızdırıyordu. 10 dakika duşa girdiğimde zemin fazlaca ıslandı. bir de iki kişi kalmamıza rağmen kişisel bakım ürünleri bir adetti. diş fırçası-macunu gibi günlük bakım ürünlerinin de odada olmasını beklerdim.

Excelente hotel, habitación muy amplia, cama 2.00 x 2.00. Con frigobar y 2botellas de agua y tetera eléctrica con todo lo necesario para tomar café o té. Un mensaje de bienvenida y un chocolate de obsequio. Excelente desayuno buffet. Excelente ubicación.
