L'accueil a été très professionnel et la propreté des chambres était irréprochable.

Lage war okay. Leider hat das Hotel massive Hygiene/Sauberkeitsmangel und Zuvorkommenheit vom Personal hat auch Luft nach oben.

Sauberkeit/Hygiene. Bettbezug hatte noch Flecken von Vorgänger. Ebenso hatte es weisse Flecken auf dem Tisch. Habe die Hygiene direkt an der Rezeption bemängelt. Einzige Antwort: „Es tut mir leid.“ Für 220.- pro Nacht sehr entäuschend!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man kann die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen.

An der,Rezeption musste man oft länger warten. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Fliegen auf dem Fensterbrett wurden trotz schriftlichem Hinweis nicht entfernt. Die Fugen innen in der Dusche waren schimmelig. Dafür war das Hotel sehr teuer. Abends im Restaurant musste ich sehr lange auf Bedienung warten.
