Excelente ubicación, el personal es muy atento, tuve problemas con la tarjeta para acceder a mi habitación y resolvieron rápidamente la situación, el desayuno es excelente sobre todo el personal donde destaca Jean quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, fue simpático, lindisimo nos recibía con panqueques frescos. Jean fue lo mejor de nuestra estadía

... ich bräuchte die Rechnung.. Reagieren nicht auf Nachricht via Booking. Via Telefon landest du im Callcenter in Osteuropa.. Die selektion im callcenter zum Hotel in Basel Nummer ist mehrfach besetzt...und man landet in der ewigen schlaufe.. Schade.. Wie gesagt die Zimmer und service in Basel war locker eine 9
